Nestled in the woods of our oceanfront location, there lived an abandoned barn, fallen into disrepair and neglected for decades.
The vintage charm of its classic design was apparent to our talented designers and builders, but a historic conversion was necessary to release its beauty and redeploy its purpose. A new roof, new windows, handcrafted sliding barn doors and new cedar shingles were included in the restoration to create a balance of rustic style with a modern, functional and innovative aesthetic.
The eco conscious bride and groom will be pleased to know that repurposing the outdated building preserved its enduring dignity while also reducing the waste put into landfills and limiting the amount of virgin materials needed to create a new building. Additionally, our off-site solar “farm” produces all the electricity needed to run the facility.
